Nancy Fitzgerald, Founder and Chief Strategist

Nancy Fitzgerald President & CEO iLendingDIRECTNancy Fitzgerald is an award-winning executive within the automotive finance industry.  She also fosters relationships and develops partnerships with national financial companies to help provide their customers with exceptional financial services. Nancy has been awarded the Auto Remarketing Women in Remarketing Award (2016), the Insights Success Magazine’s 30 Most Influential Women in Business (2016), and the Top 25 Most Powerful Women In Business by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (2020).

 

Tom Holgate, CEO

Tom HogateTom Holgate is responsible for driving growth initiatives and efficiently scaling operations to meet the needs of new and existing business ventures. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, he served as COO of BFS Capital, where he implemented strategies that resulted in drastic improvement in loan request response time, developed a quality control program, and grew recovery collections revenue; all of which drove significant revenue growth. Before BFS Capital, Tom worked for such notable companies as Southern Auto Finance Company, American Credit Acceptance, Freedom Financial Group, Wells Fargo Financial, and American General Financial Group.

 

Nick Goraczkowski, Chief Revenue Officer

Goraczkowski Nick, iLendingDIRECTNick Goraczkowski is an executive leader in the finance industry with more than 20 years of experience. Nick oversees iLendingDIRECT’s entire sales department, loan consultant training program, and business development with lender partners. Under his leadership, the iLendingDIRECT salesforce has grown from a small handful of employees in a local start-up environment to more than 100 loan consultants across the country. Previously, Nick was a sales executive at several home mortgage companies and an automotive dealership, giving him an extensive understanding of home and automotive finance and refinance.

 

Stephanie Meinerz, Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie Meinerz, VP of Operations, iLendingDIRECTStephanie Meinerz is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring iLendingDIRECT’s compliance with laws, regulations, company policies and contracts. She also chairs our compliance committee, which oversees compliance risk management and internal complaint reporting programs. Additionally, she is responsible for formulating and implementing iLendingDIRECT’s policies and procedures, including ensuring that appropriate and effective goals are developed, implemented, and monitored in accordance with governmental standards and requirements and our company’s core values.

 

Renee Brown, Chief Marketing Officer

Renee Brown has been a marketing leader in financial services for many years, serving in numerous leadership roles at Wachovia and Wells Fargo for 20 years. Her experience includes B2B, Branding, Investments, Social Media and Community Bank Marketing leadership roles. She has served as the Chief Marketing Officer of TIAA Retail and most recently led marketing for Optum Care, a $24B division on United Health Group. Renee has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Lousiana State University as well as a Diversity Certificate from Cornell. She has served on numerous boards including the American Red Cross, Out and Equal Workplace Advocates, and most recently was the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Davidson Day School.

Mark Lindley, VP of Technology

Mark LindleyMark leads the technology department and is responsible for technology-related services including infrastructure, security, communication services, and software development. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, he worked as a Sr. Director of Software Development and Enterprise Architecture at TPX Communications, where he was responsible for leading the software development teams, both on- and offshore, and providing architectural direction for the company. Overall, he has 30 years of experience in the telecommunication, technology consulting, and financial services industries in software engineering and leadership roles.

 

Kostya Gradushy, VP of Data Analytics & Strategy

Kostya Gradushy, iLendingDIRECTKostya Gradushy leads the data department and is responsible for building and communicating data-driven insights that allow company executives and management to make more informed decisions. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, he worked as a VP of Strategic Analysis at Computershare, where he was responsible for leading the Strategic Analysis team and implementing reporting and analytics solutions, including collections strategy, predictive models, and revenue models. Overall he spent 15 years in the mortgage industry in the analytics capacity working for such companies as Clayton Holdings, Black Knight Financial Services, and Computershare.

Beth Harris, VP of Talent & Culture

Beth Harris leads the Human Resource department and is responsible for strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, she led the HR function in hospitality, non-profit trade associations and construction companies, always focused on aligning employees with the goals and vision of the organization. Beth earned her BS in Business Management from Metropolitan state university of Denver, and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

 

 

 

Paul McGregor, VP of Project Management

Paul McGregor leads the Projects Department which includes project management oversight for all key initiatives within the company. The role also serves to provide process controls, oversight and overall portfolio management for the company. Paul has spent over 25 years building Project Management Organizations (PMO’s) globally. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, he led teams as a PMO Director at several large corporations including Telstra Australia, GE Money Australia, Level3, Comcast, and most recently MarkWest Energy.
